Some of Kelly's poems and works have been published in Mothering Anthology, New Asian Short Stories 2015, Time of the Poet Republic, Canada, Word City Monthly, Anak Sastra, The Tatamagouche Centre, Decolonizing – An Alphabet, Blindman Winter Stories Beer Cans, Understorey Magazine, Best Asian Stories 2020, and The International Human Rights Art Festival. Her first novel, Letters to Singapore, will be published by Stonehouse Publishing in Spring 2022. 

I am interested in exploring the experiences of a woman of color, an immigrant, and race and color issues.

COVID has, surprisingly, given me the time and space to explore my creative passion and to harness my fears and worries in positive ways; in fact, I have published over 20 poems, stories and creative nonfiction pieces during COVID year.
