At the age of 80 I started painting and illustrating events affecting our life's, historic happenings interpreted in abstract or semi representational form. Recently the pandemic prevented a possibility to have an exhibition of my artwork at the local museum. As an octogenarian my creative lifespan is limited and diminishes the opportunities for a show so important for an artist. CHANGING ENVIRONMENT.

Since 1975 we are living in Orient Long Island and witnessed a tremendous change in our surroundings. Marshlands suffocated and the Peconic Bay pollution started with a brown tide, seaweed disappeared, scallops diminished, horseshoe crabs and turtles became rare.
