My Name is Katia - The Songs that Made the Singing Pastry Chef

nyc, NEW YORK, USA

This video is an excerpt from performer and baker Katia Malarsky’s fierce one woman show, ‘My Name is Katia’ - The Songs that Made the Singing Pastry Chef’. Listen to her wail the song Hound Dog, originally by Mama Thornton!

From the submission by Katia Malarsky:

“My one-woman show “My Name is Katia - The Songs that Made the Singing Pastry Chef” was due to encore on Sunday March 15th. We cancelled the show at the first talks of “social distancing”. This is a clip from my November performance of that show (it’s debut!) at the Duplex in New York City. Raised in Elvis, inspired by Mama Thornton... telling stories and belting tunes!”

Thanks for the submission Katia! For more information about this singing pastry chef, follow her on social media, or visit her official page!
