“Take It or Leave It”
Victoria, CANADA - Singer/songwriter Matt Stern was slated to perform songs from his new album “Take It Or Leave It” at the Jeux de la francophone canadienne this summer in Victoria and was in touch with the Canadian Embassy in Tokyo to discuss performing at the Olympics. COVID-19 put these plans on hold, so Matt created a video.
“Contrapunctus”
UK - Contrapunctus” deals with the effects of mental adversity on creativity (and vice versa) in the context of psychological, geographical and artistic isolation and disconnection. The music creates ambiguous 'completions' of hitherto unfinished/abandoned pieces of music from the past (Bach's Art of Fugue, and an unfinished Canon by Chopin).
