Leandra Ramm Sings Bach

San Francisco, USA - Leandra Ramm is a remarkably versatile mezzo-soprano who has sung in such renown venues as Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Centre. She was scheduled to sing in J.S. Bach’s Magnificat and Handel's Dixit Dominus with the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra on April 4, but the performance was cancelled due to COVID-19. Handel's Dixit Dominus reveals the composer's excitement and Bach's Magnificat is robust and joyous in its exultant conclusion.  Leandra was able to record Magnificat with Jeremy Chan on the piano.
